Our website www.wearedesign.gr, hereinafter “the Website” is the website where the online shop with the brand name WeAre is hosted. The Website and online shop are owned and legally operated by the company under the name “Kalliopi Petrozeli - Petros Petrozelis G.P.” with the distinctive title “We are Project”, headquartered in Egaleo of Attica, 78 Palaias Kavalas street, Tax Identification Number 801299607 of the A Tax Office of Peristeri, Registration Number at the Hellenic Business Registry 153850402000 (Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Athens), telephone number +30 2105982370, hereinafter referred to as “WeAre” or "Company" or “we”.
The site is available for your personal use and not for commercial purposes. The visitor is responsible for the legal and proper use of the site and the company reserves the right to deny access, temporarily or permanently, in case of violations.
Furthermore, we retain the right at any time, without prior notice or justification, to postpone, terminate or delay any service provided herein or to stop selling the products offered through our online shop.
1. General Information
All information included in the Website and our online shop is true, accurate and up to date. However, its accuracy is subject to technical or typographical errors that couldn’t have been foreseen or detected or have been caused due to force majeure events.
2. Communication - Newsletter
When you use our website you agree that we may communicate with you by digital means (email, social media, etc) or by telephone, if provided. Your subscription to our newsletter is not mandatory in order you to navigate our website and buy our products. However, if you do so, you may receive advertising material directly to your email address as your subscription is considered as consent to receive such information. We bare no responsibility if some of our emails are not delivered to your email address, although we get all the necessary actions for this reason, or if they end up in the spam file of your email. If you no longer want to receive our newsletter, you may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any point without having to justify your option.

You may follow our company on social media and interact with us by these means. Our products and services offered through our social media are governed by the present terms and policies. Further interaction on social media is not controlled by us and we bare no relevant responsibility. For this reason you should read carefully the terms and policies of each social media you use.
5. General terms and conditions
You may order our clothes or accessories through our online shop or by telephone. All information related to the products displayed on our online store is true, accurate and up to date and the photos are true and realistic. However, it is subject to technical errors and malfunctions, which may not be foreseen or checked or due to force majeure events out of our control. As far as the availability of our products is concerned, we take all necessary actions to ensure that this information is accurate.
We reserve the right to choose the products we sell through our online shop and to remove or replace some of them without prior notice. Same applies to the price of the products, sales or invoice processing.
All Products are displayed and offered to you only for personal use and not for commercial purposes.
6. Personal account
Your registration as a member in our online shop is not a prerequisite for placing an order. However, if you have an account you may have access to all your previous orders, to your wish list and you will also enjoy special privileges as member of WeAre.
You may create an account fast and easily, either signing using your Facebook account details or your Google account details or by submitting your email and a password. If you sign up using your Facebook account details you should give us the permission to have access to all those information you have already provided to Facebook. 7. Placing an order
You may place orders at any time and day with no exclusion. In order to buy products through our Website you will be asked to fill in the data entry form your personal information such as your name, phone number, address, e-mail address or additional details, such as your tax number in case you ask for a commercial invoice. You may also place an order by telephone. In this case you should describe the product desired in detail and provide us the payment details and delivery information. For your safety and proper examination of your orders all calls are recorded.
Once you complete the purchase, you promise and guarantee that the billing details you entered are valid and correct in order the payment to be executed correctly after the acceptance of your order. By placing an order, you confirm that you are liable for the charge and the holder of the information you entered, such as a debit or credit card. If you are a minor under the age of 15 years old, the transaction is only possible with the consent of the adult acting as your legal representative.
Your order is completed on the My Cart page. In the Mini Cart menu (at the right) you can make as many changes as you want, such as removing products or managing the amount of them using the minus or plus keys. The changes take effect immediately. Alternatively you can visit the My Cart page by clicking "View Cart" on the Mini Cart menu.
In order to calculate the final amount of your order, click on the "Estimate Shipping", choose your country and click Update. At this point you can enter any discount codes you are entitled to, in the "Enter a Promo Code" box. You can also add any note, instruction or special request at the "Add a Note" box. When you are sure of your order, select "Checkout".
In the next step you will be asked to fill the necessary information in the form with the title "1 Shipping Details", such as your Email for order confirmation, your First and Last name, your Address, your City, your Country, your Zip/Postal Code and your Telephone. There is an extra box where you can add any Additional Information depending your order and shipping. When you complete this step, select "Continue".
In the next step you will be asked to choose your "Delivery Method". In some cases we offer only one delivery option that will be already selected. When you complete this step, select "Continue".
Then choose the "Payment" method that serves you most among the following;
Credit / Debit / Prepaid bank card through redirection to the secure system of Stripe.
All card payments are processed through Stripe's electronic payment platform and use TLS 1.1 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key.
PayPal through redirection to the secure Paypal environment.
If the billing information is different from the shipping information, click on the "Billing Address" option and fill the address where you want the product to be invoiced.
At last, you should review the order details, and when you're ready accept the Terms and Conditions of our online shop and select "Place Order". After completing your order you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of the transaction and once your order is delivered to the courier company you will receive a second email including its tracking number.
Our company reserves the right to cancel the order if one of the following occurs:
Payment is not approved.
It is impossible to send the products to the area where you live.
You have not agreed to the terms and agreements of the site.
One or more products had an incorrect price due to a typographical error or were not available or the system is not available or updated due to technical reasons.
In general every order is meteoric until its acceptance by our company and depends on the availability of our products. If we notice that some of the products are not available or there is an unexpected delay in the delivery of your order we will contact you using the details you have provided us in order to agree with you the partial execution or cancellation of your order. If we do not manage to reach you within two (2) working days we will cancel your order automatically and refund you. In case your order will be executed partially, we will return you the correspondent amount within ten (10) working days.
In case you want to cancel your order, you must notify us within one (1) hour of its registration by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us at +30 2105982370 (Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00). You will receive an email from us and you will be informed once the price has been credited to your card or account.
Since our company is headquartered in Greece, all transactions are made in Euro (€) and the charges of your account or card are executed in Euros. In case your card or account is not in Euro, the final charge amount will be calculated based on the exchange rate on the day of debiting your card or account. Please note that if the product is bought in a country with a different currency, exchange rate fluctuations and bank charges may change the amount you will be charged.
Our company reserves the right to change the prices of products at any time without prior notice.
All listed prices include a 24% VAT charge.
We ship orders to all EU countries, US states and territories, as well as all other countries.
Most orders will ship out within one (1) to two (2) days of ordering (we do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Keep in mind that the orders placed until 13:00 (Greece local time) are processed the same or the next working day while the orders submitted after 13.00 on Friday (Greece local time) or during the weekend are processed on Monday morning. The above time frame may not be applicable in force majeure cases.
Shipping to Greece
All shipments are executed by ACS or DHL courier company. Shipments within Attica are executed within one (1) to two (2) working days, while for the rest of the Greek network (continental or island destinations) are executed within one (1) to three (3) working days. The shipping cost is 3,00€. For orders over 100,00€ shipping is free.
Shipping to the European Union
Shipments to foreign countries are executed by DHL courier company. Shipments are executed within three (3) to seven (7) working days. The shipping cost is 15,00€. For orders over 200,00€ shipping is free. Orders may ship in multiple packages.

Non European Union customers are subject to additional charges that may arise from exchange rate differences, customs clearance, import duties, product restrictions and other local requirements for which our company bears no responsibility.
We take all necessary actions for the proper and due delivery of our products. However, we may not be able to deliver them to you if the product has not been delivered to us by our suppliers in time due to unforeseeable delays or because the product is not in stock or due to force majeure cases. In this case we will contact you to arrange the execution of your order. If you decide to execute your order partially, we will refund you for the relevant amount.
10. Liability upon delivery
Our company insures every purchased product from the moment of the purchase until you receive it and is responsible for its delivery.
In case the order is not delivered due to the carrier’s fault, our company may deliver the order within three (3) working days without charging the customer.
In case you receive an order with a damaged packaging, the company does not take responsibility for the damage. Please contact us to find out the alteration and replace your order. In addition, the company does not take responsibility for deliveries that are not executed due to force majeure.
All products are delivered to the address you declared as shipping address so the company bears no responsibility if a product is not delivered to incorrectly registered data. If your order is returned to us because you did not receive it or because the courier company or the post office failed to complete the delivery after two (2) efforts, we can resend the order if you request it. In this case you will be charged any new shipping costs.
11. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw unjustifiably from the contract of sale of our products within fourteen (14) calendar days by the day of receiving it. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract by writing an express statement before the expiration of the above 14-day period. It is important for the withdrawal that you return the product in unworn, unwashed and original-factory condition, with its original tags, complete packaging and accompanying documents, just like before it was sold. You can fill the withdrawal form that you will find in your parcel and in the menu of our site and include it in the package to be returned or send it to our email address. In order the product to be returned, the original purchase document, retail receipt or invoice may also be presented by the person who purchased the product.
If you withdraw from the contract of sale, we will refund the money corresponding to the value of the products you have chosen. You bear the costs of sending the products to our company. If you choose the courier company ACS, which we cooperate with, the shipping costs are 3.00 €. If you choose any other company, the shipping costs will be determined by the respective pricing policy of the courier company you will choose. Any interbank transaction costs are equally divided between the customer and the company.
Refunds are performed as soon as possible and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the day we receive the product. They are executed by the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction unless there is an express agreement to the contrary between you and the company.
12. Changes - Returns
We at WE ARE want each of our customers to be happy and satisfied with our products. If you face any problem with your order we will be pleased to work with you, as we strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction.
How to return:
We accept returns within fourteen (14) calendar days from the arrival date of your package.
Please note that all exchanges and returns can only be processed for products in unworn, unwashed and original-factory condition, with their original tags, complete packaging and accompanying documents. Also they should be executed within the time frame stated below. We strongly advise all customers to check garments and accessories thoroughly upon delivery and before removing any attached tags and labels. Upon fitting our products please take care that they do not get in touch with anything that may harm them, such as perfumes, deodorant, make up, jewellery etc. Once you decide to return or exchange a product you should place it in the original shipping box or any other solid packaging, close the packaging and tape securely.
Please note that we will only accept returns via ACS or DHL as we must always have a tracking number. Any returns proceeded differently, will not be taken into consideration (no refund).
These are the steps for returning your item/-s:
1. Please fill out your Return Form, with the order number and whether you want a refund or an exchange, and put it inside the package.
2. Add the original purchase document, retail receipt or invoice inside the package.
3a. If you live in Greece please send the item/-s you want to return via the ACS courier company.
Contact ACS at +30 2108190000 in order to request a pick-up from your place or drop-off the package at your nearest ACS store. If you are asked, select the recipient to be charged.
3b. If you live in any other country please send the item/-s you want to return via DHL courier company.
Contact DHL in order to request a pick-up from your place or drop-off the package at your nearest DHL store. You will find the DHL Return Label inside your package. Please attach it to the outer part of the package you are going to return. If you are asked, select the recipient to be charged.
4. For international returns please mark clearly upon the parcel “No commercial value” as description of contents on all paperwork provided by your chosen carrier.
Courier expenses, customs and any other costs that might occur for the returned product are payable by the customer. Products in sale are not refundable and can only be exchanged with other products in sale or products from the current collection. Customer is responsible for covering any difference in prices between the two products.

If you wish to change your choice. Exchanges can be asked for a different size, different variation request or another product.
Please place a new order for the new item/-s you want, in order to secure their availability. Then follow the above steps for returning your item/-s. After we receive your package we will process a refund in your original payment method. Note that the amount might take 1-2 working days to be visible in your bank or Paypal account. Also, note that you will not be charged the shipping cost of the returned package. But you will be charged the shipping cost for the new order.
If you received a wrong order. In the rare case that We Are sends an incorrect order, we will assume full responsibility for the replacement and delivery of the correct product to the customer within three (3) working days.
If you received a defective product. In this case, we will replace it at our expense, unless such action is impossible or requires disproportionate costs for our company. After we receive the defective product, we will replace it within three (3) working days. If the same product is not available, you will receive a full refund as soon as possible.
You can request refund:
For any reason within fourteen (14) calendar days from the arrival date of your package. If you request a refund please follow the above steps for returning your item/-s. After we receive your package and undertake a quality control, we will process your refund in your original payment method. Note that the amount might take 1-2 working days to be visible in your bank or Paypal account. Also, note that you will be charged the shipping costs for the whole process and won't be refunded.

All intellectual property rights of this online store belong to our company or to third parties who have legally granted us their use and represent us or are represented by our company. It is forbidden to copy, reproduce and retransmit material of the website, without a prior written permission of the company or any other legal owner. The appearance of the material on the website should in no way be understood as a transfer or assignment of a license or right to use it.
14. Applicable law - Jurisdiction - Dispute resolution
All transactions carried out through our website follow and are harmonized with the International and European Law that regulates issues related to e-commerce, as well as by Law under the number 2251/1994 regarding consumer’s protection, as amended and in force. All information related to our customers' personal information is confidential and is secured by protocols so that the user is safe throughout the use of our website. The Courts of Athens are competent for the resolution of any disputes that will arise from the contractual relations between the Company and the user-consumer or a third party.
15. Alternative Dispute Resolution
According to the 2013/11/EC Directive, which was incorporated in Greece with the Common Ministerial Decision under the number 70330/2015, the possibility of electronic consumer dispute resolution is now provided through the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedure throughout the European Union. Our company does not bear any responsibility or obligation to compensate for any damage resulting from inability to provide support services and does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or no technical error will occur.
17. User Responsibility
The responsibility for the general use of the website and for the content of the transactions belongs exclusively to the user. Any illegal use of the website automatically leads to termination of the services provided without any notice and may initiate appropriate legal proceedings if necessary. The user expressly acknowledges that he does not use this website for illegal collection or storage of data, sending, publishing or transmission of illegal content or content that violates patents, trademarks, distinctive titles, trade secrets, company’s copyright or a third party’s rights.
