Shipping Information
We ship orders to all EU countries, all U.S. states and territories, as well as all other countries worldwide.
Most orders are shipped within one (1) to two (2) days from the time the order is placed (we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays). Please note that orders placed by 13:00 (Greece local time) are processed on the same or the next business day, while orders placed after 13:00 on Friday (Greece local time) or during the weekend are processed on Monday morning. The above timeframe may not apply in cases of force majeure.

Via Box Now

Shipping within Europe
Delivery time: 2–7 business days via DHL
Cost: €25 / Free shipping on all orders over €200

International Shipping
Delivery time: 3–15 days via DHL

Customers outside the European Union may be subject to additional charges arising from currency exchange differences, customs duties, import taxes, product restrictions, and other local requirements, for which our company bears no responsibility.
Return Information
At WE ARE, we want every customer to feel happy and satisfied with our products. If you experience any issue with your order, we will be happy to work with you, as we strive to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
How to Return a Product
We accept returns within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date your parcel is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unwashed, unaltered in any way, and accompanied by its original tags, full packaging, and all related documents.
We recommend that all customers carefully inspect garments and accessories upon delivery and before removing any tags, in order to identify possible defects. When trying on our products, please ensure they do not come into contact with anything that may damage them, such as perfume, deodorant, makeup, jewelry, etc.
If you decide to return or exchange a product, place it in the original shipping package or any other durable packaging, close the parcel securely, and seal it properly with tape.
Please note that we only accept returns via ACS, BoxNow, or DHL, as a tracking number is required. Any return sent through a different method will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
Return Steps:
1. Complete the Return Form, including your order number, and place it inside the package.
2.Include a copy of the original purchase receipt (retail receipt or invoice) inside the package.
3a. Returns from Greece Please send the package using the same courier company that delivered your order.
ACS Courier: Call ACS at +30 2108190000 to arrange a pickup from your location or deliver the parcel to the nearest ACS store. If requested, select “Recipient Charge”.
BoxNow:
Visit a BoxNow service point convenient for you and enter the 10-digit parcel number (not the 6-digit PIN received by message) to open the locker. Place the package inside and close the locker.
Any other courier company:
Return shipping costs through any courier company other than ACS or BoxNow are entirely the customer’s responsibility. Parcels sent with recipient charges will not be accepted.

3c. International Returns:
Please contact us for detailed instructions regarding the return process for your product. You must clearly mark the parcel with “No commercial value” as the description of contents on all documents required by the carrier. Shipping costs, customs duties, and any additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Sale items are non-returnable and may only be exchanged for other sale items or products from the current collection. If there is a price difference between products, the customer is responsible for covering the difference.
Product Exchanges
You may request a product exchange if:
- You wish to change your selection. You may exchange your product for another size, a different variation, or another product.
To ensure availability of the new item, please place a new order for the desired product first. Then follow the return steps to send back the original product. Once we receive your package, we will process a refund through your original payment method. Refunds may take 1–2 business days to appear in your bank or PayPal account. You will not be charged return shipping costs for the returned item, but shipping costs for the new order will apply. For more information, please contact us.
- You received the wrong product. In the rare event that WE ARE ships an incorrect order, we will fully cover the replacement and shipping costs for the correct product. The correct item will be shipped within three (3) business days.
- You received a defective product. If you receive a defective item, we will replace it free of charge. A replacement will not be provided if it is impossible or if it would involve disproportionate costs for our company.
Once we receive the defective product, the replacement process will be completed within three (3) business days. If the same product is unavailable, you will receive a full refund as soon as possible.
Refunds
You may request a refund for any reason within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date of your parcel. To request a refund, please follow the return steps above.
Once we receive your parcel and complete the quality control process, we will issue your refund through the original payment method. Refunds may take 1–2 business days to appear in your bank or PayPal account.
Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable, and any additional shipping costs related to the return process are the customer’s responsibility. Any interbank transaction fees are also borne by the customer.
